Therapies
As a Massage
Therapist I’ve spent a large part of my career performing treatments
for the rich and famous in the upper class cabins on board Virgin Atlantic
flights. After leaving the company I decided to give my body a rest
and bring my massage days to an end.
But after popular demand and actually missing the benefits
I bring to peoples lives, my massage days are still going strong.
Massage has an amazing physical and psychological effect
on a person and is used to treat many an ailment. Massage in general
has a healing effect on the body, creating a feeling of relaxation and
well being, strengthening the immune system. It can even go as far as
to ease pain and aid sleep.
In the fast pace life we live today it is important
to take time out to de-stress and recoup.
